GUARDIAN ANGEL & MORTAL
This would be the longest game you will be playing throughout the retreat and how well it goes depends on your participation and cooperation. The rules are few and simple, but crucial:
Each of you will be assigned a name of a fellow camper to “care” for during the retreat. You will be the “Guardian Angel (GA)” and the person you care for will be your “mortal”.
The key to the whole game is to remain anonymous. Your mortal is not supposed to know who you are until the end of the game & vice versa. Revealing yourself would spoil the game.
Think of creative ways to care for and surprise your mortal with encouraging notes, cards, gifts & snack.
DO NOT neglect your mortal!
The game ends on the last day. Hopefully you’d have learned to care for others as Jesus’ cares for you!
Wings and halos are not provided and are not necessary!
